was founded in May 2008 by owner Steve Stillson with the
vision of providing trouble free fireplace service and
installation.
Although the housing
market and national economy was in the middle of a major
recession, Steve Stillson believed that there was a
shortage in quality fireplace installation and services
companies that believed in doing the work right on
the first time. For Steve Stillson, there was
no better time to begin creating a business that filled
the gap. He knew that if he could only communicate
his desire to provide top notch service and quality
products, then the business would prosper.
With over 20 years of
fireplace experience at several large fireplace
installation companies, Steve Stillson understands the
level of detail required to properly manage the
distribution, installation and servicing of a quality
fireplace systems. Steve put this experience to
test when he ventured out to create the business.
Today, Stillson
Fireplaces has installation crews with over 25 years of
combined experience. Stillson Fireplaces has grown
in a very short time to provide fireplaces products for
some of the nation’s largest homebuilders such as Lennar
Homes, Shea Homes, Standard Pacific Homes and Davidon
Homes. Additionally, Stillson Fireplaces is a
favorite among infield and custom builders such as Trump
National, Far West, Pinnacle Homes, StoneField Dev.,
Envision and Van Daele.
The Company operates
from a 5300 sf facility and showroom in Riverside,
California, and the company offers fireplaces, fireplace
hearths and components from leading manufacturers across
the country. The level of product ranges from
entry level units to multi-family product and highly
specialized product for custom homes.
